WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We offer returns for STORE CREDIT ONLY for all U.S. orders + no restocking fees! You have 15 days from the date of fulfillment to return all eligible items*. The Store Credit will be calculated for the item(s) purchased and does not include the amount paid for shipping. Store credit never expires. Store credit cannot be applied to a future purchase until the return is processed.
*Eligible items: All merchandise must be unwashed, unworn, and in original condition. Any items discounted greater than 30% are immediately deemed final sale.
HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY STORE CREDIT?
Expect an emailed store credit confirmation within 3-5 business days of the delivery of your Return at our fulfillment center. Store Credit is calculated automatically to reflect any discounts and taxes at the time of purchase. Although we try our best, we cannot guarantee your store credit is will be processed the day your item is delivered. It must be sorted, inspected, and processed.
HOW DO I USE MY STORE CREDIT?
The easiest way to use your credit is by creating an account online. All you need is the email address you used to make your purchase to create a login. You will see your total credit balance in your account home and be able to add it at checkout in the “gift card” line. No account? No problem! You will receive a code with your return confirmation that you can use at checkout without being logged in. Please contact us at email@example.com with any questions about your account!
WHAT IF MY ITEM IS DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE?
We stand behind our products and want you to be satisfied with them! We always do our best to take care of our customers - dealing with all situations fairly and responsibly! If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the damaged item so we can rectify it for you right away!
WHAT IF I PAID WITH SHOP PAY INSTALLMENTS?
Shop Pay installment purchases are subject to Amor’s standard Return Policy of Store Credit Only for items returned within 15 days of fulfillment.
If you've returned your order - partial or full - and you haven't paid off all of your ShopPay installments, then you will continue to pay off those installments until they are complete for the full purchase amount and you will receive an Store Credit for the full amount of the item(s) being returned.
