What is the last day to ensure delivery by Christmas?

UPS Standard: Dec 16th, UPS 3 Day: Dec 18th, UPS 2 Day: Dec 19th, UPS Overnight: Dec 21st

Please note that shipping times are only an estimate and never guaranteed. To ensure Christmas delivery, it is best to order as soon as possible.

What shipping provider do you use?

We use UPS for all orders.

When can I expect my order?

All orders will be processed within 3 business days. Orders with standard shipping will ship via UPS ground. Once the package has left our facility, there is a 3-7 business day estimated arrival time. While the orders largely arrive within 3-4 days of ordering, we cannot make guarantees on the speed in which UPS delivers them. We are not responsible for items delayed by UPS. Please note delivery times do not include weekends or holidays.

Do you offer expedited Shipping?

We sure do! Cut off times are 12 pm CST for expedited shipping. Overnight only applies to weekdays. If you select overnight shipping on a Friday after 12 pm CST, the order will be shipped out Monday.

However, it's important to note that we are a small business, and our dedicated team works hard to fulfill each order with care and attention to detail. During peak seasons, holidays, or sales events, our order volume may increase significantly.

We kindly ask for your understanding and patience during these times. While we strive to maintain our usual shipping standards, there may be slight delays in processing and delivery due to the higher demand and the personalized touch we put into every package.

Returns & Refunds

What is your online return policy?

We offer returns for all U.S. orders + no restocking fees! You have 15 days from the date of fulfillment to return all eligible items.

There will be a $10.00 return shipping label fee deducted from your refund or a $5.00 return shipping fee for store credit. 


Eligible items: All merchandise must be unwashed, unworn, and in original condition. Any items 30% off or greater are immediately deemed final sale.

What is your instore return policy?

You have 7 days from the date of purchase to return all eligible items for STORE CREDIT ONLY

What if I use points on a purchase and then return the item?

Great question! Unfortunately, once you use your points, you cannot get them back. This is a policy we cannot reverse due to the program that we use for our loyalty rewards.

How do I start a return?

To start your return, please click the return portal here. Please follow the guided steps to select the eligible items you would like to return. You will have the option of a QR code or to print your label for your return. Please ensure all approved eligible items are included in the same package.

What if my item is damaged?

We stand behind our products and want you to be satisfied with them! We always do our best to take care of our customers - dealing with all situations fairly and responsibly!  If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the damaged item so we can rectify it for you right away! 

What if I paid with Shop Pay installments?

Shop Pay installment purchases are subject to Amor’s standard Return Policy for items returned within 15 days of fulfillment. If you've returned your order for Store Credit - partial or full - and you haven't paid off all of your ShopPay installments, then you will continue to pay off those installments until they are complete for the full purchase amount and you will receive an Store Credit for the full amount of the item(s) being returned. If you’ve returned your order for a refund, then your total refund will go back to the method of payment used through Shop Pay. A refund can take up to 10 business days to be credited back to your account. Store credit

How will I receive my store credit?

Expect an emailed store credit confirmation within 3-5 business days of the delivery of your Return at our fulfillment center. Store Credit is calculated automatically to reflect any discounts and taxes at the time of purchase.  Store credit never expires. Store credit cannot be applied to a future purchase until the return is processed. Although we try our best, we cannot guarantee your store credit is will be processed the day your item is delivered. It must be sorted, inspected, and processed.

How do I make an exchange?

To start an exchange, please click on the exchange portal here . We offer free shipping for exchanges! 

There are two types of exchanges available. 

  1. Instant Exchange - Customers who choose to get an Instant Exchange will enter their card information, and their exchange order is created immediately. Loop places a hold on the customer's card. You have 15 days to return the item without being charged. 
  2. Standard Exchange- Customers who choose to get a Standard Exchange will not have to enter their credit card information. The new order will not be created until your return is in the mail. 

Please follow the guided steps to select the eligible items you would like to exchange. You will have the option of a QR code or to print your label for your return. Please ensure all approved eligible items are included in the same package. 

The exchange option will only be available if we have the size you are trying to exchange for – if the size you would like is sold out, you won’t be able to choose that size. 

How do I use my store credit?

The easiest way to use your credit is by creating an account online. All you need is the email address you used to make your purchase to create a login. You will see your total credit balance in your account home and be able to add it at checkout in the “gift card” line. No account? No problem! You will receive a code with your return confirmation that you can use at checkout without being logged in.
